Statue of Wallace near Dryburgh, Scottish Borders
An impressive statue I knew nothing about until a weekend spent in the Borders recently. It is made of red sandstone, 31 feet high in total, dates from 1814 and is positioned so he looks out over the Tweed. V Impressive.
